How to livestream Vogue India’s first-ever Forces of Fashion event – VOGUE India

Celebrating the Indian fashion community at large, Vogue India has returned with a new format—the Forces of Fashion. It will be night that will highlight all the milestones that Indian talent has made apparent to a global audience. With the fashion industry’s biggest and brightest names in attendance, to commemorate its 15 years in service of Indian fashion, on the 23rd of November, 2022, Vogue India will be taking a page out of its international forbearer’s book, bringing the Forces of Fashion event to Indian shores in association with the Natural Diamond Council. 

Taking place at the Royal Opera House in Mumbai, the gala affair will be the first in-person event ever since the pandemic, hosting installations that showcase the country’s ode to meticulous and refined craftsmanship. However the highlight of the night will be the presence of Anna Wintour, Editor-in-Chief of Vogue, Global Editorial Director of Vogue, and Chief Content Officer of Conde Nast, in conversation with Vogue India’s Head of Editorial Content, Megha Kapoor. Bridging the gap between the global fashion industry and our local landscape, the internationally acclaimed Forces of Fashion event will also hold a panel discussion between the duo and India’s celebrated couturier Sabyasachi Mukherjee. 

An observation of talent and diversity spread across the nation, the Forces of Fashion event will introduce to the world the rich and densely layered cultural nuances of India. Holding conversations revolving around the themes of diversity, new age fashion media, the country’s legacy of artisanship, handcrafting, and everything in between, the night will cover the very fabric of India’s fashion sense.
