Eminent Bangladesh fashion designer Emdad Hoque no more … – Apparel Resources

The Vice-President of Fashion Design Council of Bangladesh (FDCB) and renowned fashion designer Emdad Hoque passed away at a Dhaka hospital recently.

This is as per reports, which added he was 57 and was admitted at Bangladesh Specialized Hospital in Shyamoli in capital Dhaka following a recent cardiac arrest.

Confirming the passing away of the eminent fashion designer, FDCB General Secretary Shaibal Saha reportedly claimed Emdad has been suffering from kidney complications, asthma and other issues even as he reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest recently and was taken to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on 2 November, where he was put on life support for the last couple of days.

Shaibal further added Emdad was about to fly to Kolkata (India) for better treatment, but unfortunately suffered a second heart attack a couple of days back and had to be put on life support end eventually passed away.
