The Edit Ldn Launches Partnership With the Chicago Bulls at Paris Fashion Week – Esquire

Fashion and basketball: two worlds that share a symbiotic relationship. Their strongest link being sneakers, which has been the case ever since the Nike Air Jordan 1 dropped back in 1985. Makes sense, then, that The Edit Ldn – one of the world’s leading sneaker marketplaces, founded by London-based Moses Rashid – has decided to partner with the Chicago Bulls, the very team Michael Jordan (AKA His Airness) was signed to for 13 NBA seasons.

To celebrate the launch of their multi-year deal, both parties are uniting in Paris during the midst of Paris Fashion Week Men’s to open The House of Bulls at the city’s NBA House. The pop-up exhibition will showcase Chicago Bulls trophies, memorabilia, artwork and game-worn jerseys and trainers for sports fans and sneakerheads alike. Plus, there will be a few pop-ins from NBA icons of past and present, and some photo opportunities to boot.

“We are thrilled to start our partnership with The Edit LDN with such an innovative and impactful activation,” says Bulls Vice President of Partnership Marketing, Megan Donovan. “As we continue to explore the global convergence of basketball, art and fashion, launching our partnership with The Edit LDN at House of Bulls is a natural fit.”

Not coincidentally, Chicago Bulls rivals, the Detroit Pistons, will also be in town, as the teams are set to go head-to-head at the Accor Arena on Thursday 19 January in an NBA game presented by Nike. This will mark the first time the Bulls have played in the French capital since the Nineties when Michael Jordan and co. took part in the 1997 McDonald’s Championships.

The House of Bulls presented by The Edit Ldn is open to the public between 19-22 January at Aérogare des Invalides, 2 Rue Robert Esnault-Pelterie, 75007 Paris.
